EXPRESS DELIVERY - £5.95

Mainland UK (1 Working Day)

Express delivery within 1 working day in England, Wales or Scotland.

Any Express delivery orders completed after 12pm on Thursday and before 12pm Friday will be delivered Monday. Orders placed after 12pm Friday will be dispatched the following Monday, to be delivered on Tuesday.

NI STANDARD DELIVERY - £8.95

Northern Ireland UK (2-3 Working Days)

Orders must be completed by 12pm for orders to be dispatched the same day. Delivery days are Monday to Friday, deliveries can also be made on a Saturday but this is not guaranteed.

Returns Information

All UK customers must return their order within 14 working days of the delivery date.

Your order must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your order must also be in the original packaging and still have the label attached.

Please ensure to include either your original invoice and/or note with your order details and whether a return or refund is required. Failure to include these details in may add to a delay in having your return processed.

Once your order has been returned, your exchange will be sent out using the same contact details from the original order.

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email and/or text notification that we have received your return and your refund has been processed. Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It can take up to 14 days to process your full refund depending on your bank.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order.

Please send all returns by a reliable trackable service as we are not responsible for items that are lost in transit.
